In a continuous effort to optimize business opportunities, we established our first employee Trust, which holds a 49% share in ARS Distributors. This groundbreaking step in our Enterprise Development strategy allows drivers to elect and appoint their own directors, who are actively involved in all HR and logistics management decisions at ARS Distributors. This initiative is a crucial component of our B-BBEE auditing process.
